What are cufflinks?

A cufflink is a decorative fastener worn by men or women to fasten the two sides of the cuff on a dress shirt or blouse.

Cufflinks are designed only for use with shirts which have buttonholes on both sides but no buttons. These may be either single or double-length (“French”) cuffs, and may be worn either “kissing”, with the ends pinched together, or “barrel-style,” with one end overlapping the other. Kissing cuffs are usually preferred.

Do you have a store? Can I collect my cufflinks?

We are primarily a Internet online store, and we do not have a physical shop front. This helps to keep our costs and prices down to your benefit! However, if you are based in the Sydney metropolitan area, we can make arrangements for you to come pick up your cufflinks directly from us. Do you stock women’s cufflinks?

I can’t find a specific pair of cufflinks on your website that I really want?

All of the cufflinks that we currently have in stock are listed on our website. If you are after a specific pair of cufflinks and it is not listed on our website, please email us at [email protected] and we can contact our manufacturing headquarters to see if it is possible to get these cufflinks ordered in for you.

How do we price our cufflinks?

We manufacture our range of cufflinks ourselves. Because we do not have any third party intermediaries, we can sell our cufflinks at great prices to our customers.

How do I know how big the cufflinks are and what kind of shape they are?

Where possible, we have listed the size in millimetres of each pair of cufflinks. We have also taken professional photos of the cufflinks worn on cuff shirts to provide a realistic indication of size, shape and appearance.

Do you provide custom and personalised cufflinks?

We are able to assist in producing custom and personalised cufflinks. Based upon the design of your custom cufflinks, you can choose from a variety of different styles and materials for your cufflinks. Please see the Custom Cufflinks section of our website for detailed information.

Do you provide examples of custom cufflinks?

We can provide complimentary samples of completed custom cufflinks on demand. For larger quantities, we can also arrange onsite consultation to assist in understanding your needs and requirements with the design of your custom cufflinks.

Do you have Sterling Silver cufflinks?

We do have Sterling Silver square cufflinks (17mm by 17mm) that we can use for custom engraving and laser engraving. The Sterling Silver is 0.925 silver and plated with 18K white gold, and is available from the custom engraved cufflinks and custom laser engraved cufflinks sections of our website.

Do you provide other custom and personalised products?

Yes we do. We can also assist in manufacturing custom ties (100% silk or polyester), custom lapel pins and custom money clips. Please contact us for more information.

What kind of payment methods do you accept?

We use PayPal as our primary payment gateway. PayPal accepts transactions with Visa, MasterCard and Diners Club credit cards. Payment can also be made using your individual PayPal account. Alternatively, we also accept payments using direct bank deposit to our nominated bank account.

How do I know if my payment has been successfully accepted?

If you are ordering your cufflinks directly from our website, you will be re-directed to PayPal to complete your transaction. Once the transaction has been completed, PayPal will automatically email you a receipt showing payment details and confirmation of successful payment. Alternatively, email us at [email protected] and we can assist you in confirming if payment has been accepted successfully or not.

How does postage and delivery work?

We charge a flat rate of $10.00 for all postage and handling for our cufflinks in Australia, irrespective of how many items purchased. Overseas postage and handling rates will differ according to the country in which the products are shipped to, but in general orders made directly from our website will incur a minimum fee of $15 for overseas orders.

Orders will be processed and mailed on the next business day after purchase via Australia Post (Express Post), and should arrive to your nominated shipping address within 2-4 business days. All items posted have full end to end tracking to ensure that they are delivered properly to you.

Overseas orders will be shipped via Australia Post International Registered Post or DHL Worldwide Express, and delivery time should be generally within 5-10 business days. Delivery time for overseas orders will also be dependent on the country to which the cufflinks are being shipped, please contact us for more information.

How does our refund policy work (does not apply to custom cufflinks)?

We offer a 100% money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back to us within 7 days for a full refund less postage costs. Sydney Cufflinks is happy to refund your money, providing the product is returned to us in its original condition and undamaged.

Our refund policy applies to all cufflinks shown on our website, except for custom cufflinks. We do not provide a refund for custom cufflinks as these have to be made specifically for client requirements.

We just ask you to please inspect your order carefully so that any defective or incorrect items can be returned promptly.
